The discount store eggcrate overlay - always in low-grade traditional foam that is thin, completely lacking in density, and which bottoms out within days under the body's load. A complete waste of money!

Some Handy Hints

Turn Memory Mattress Topper regularly to spread the load and minimize potential 'soft spots'. Some softening, as well as initial firmness, should be expected and is not a manufacturing defect.
Foam is prone to discolor when exposed to natural light. This will not affect its characteristics and performance, and is not a manufacturing defect.
Do not use with an electric blanket.

The complex molecular structure of Memory Mattress Topper ensures that it will feel slightly firm when you first lie on it if the room's temperature is cool, but it softens as your body warms it and it quickly 'submits' to the body's weight and allows you to sink into it without any sag.

Returns Policy

Therapeutic Pillow International will not accept any returns with tears or abrasions (including pinch marks) to the foam caused by mishandling by the purchaser such as using unnecessary force to pull Memory Mattress Topper out of its packaging. Therapeutic Pillow International will not accept any returns based on any 'bottoming out' of foam based on usage over any given time frame.

For any credits, returned must be received at point of purchase, freight pre-paid, and in the original packaging, accompanied by a sales receipt. At that point the request will be examined.

Contents and Care

Memory Foam: All new visco-elastic foam. Thickness: 5cm (2").

Care

Memory Foam: Spot clean using sponge and warm water, mild detergent. Fully immersed washing not recommended due to extensive drying time required. Dab dry with towel, lie flat in a warm area away from direct sunlight. Do not machine wash. Do not tumble dry.

Foam Discoloration

Any discoloration of foam through exposure to natural light will not affect performance or foam longevity.
